Competitive Pest Control has been in the business almost 20 years, so you know we’re serious about pest control.

Founded in 1992, the business started out as a one-man operation on the NSW Central Coast. Concerned about escalating service fees in the pest control industry, passionate pest controller Conrad Howard launched Monokil Pest Management with a commitment to making pest eradication both affordable and effective for the consumer without compromising on quality – he ensured his techniques were the latest, his products, the best. Soon, with a growing client base in the big city, Monokil relocated to Sydney and business continued to grow.

In 2004, young innovator Gary Journeaux took over the reins at Monokil, relaunching the business as Competitive Pest Control while retaining Conrad Howard’s credo: competitive rates; competitive products. These days it’s much more than a one-man operation, with offices in Brisbane and, soon, Perth. Competitive Pest Control prides itself on professional service with a personal touch. Our skilled technicians are passionate about what they do, and our clients couldn’t be happier.
