With more than three decades of industry experience, Gary has grown CPS from a one-person operation into a multi-award-winning national business recognised for service excellence and environmental responsibility. Beyond leading CPS, Gary is passionate about giving back and his leadership continues to drive CPS’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and genuine customer care.

Oliver Robbins has over 12 years’ experience in the pest control industry, all with Competitive Pest Services after joining as part of CPS internship programme. His varied experiences in CPS, makes him the ideal candidate to manage our daily operations. Oliver’s passions are ensuring that all clients receive our Award-Winning Service, consistency in our Administrations & Field Teams, promoting and supporting an engaged employee culture.

Darren brings over 16 years of experience in the cleaning and business management industry to his role  CPS. With a strong background in business planning, customer service, and operations management, Darren leads with a focus on efficiency, team development, and service excellence. His expertise in sales operations and leadership ensures CPS continues to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions to clients across Australia.

Sonja brings extensive experience in operations and client services to her role at Competitive Pest Services. With a proven track record leading national portfolios across commercial, healthcare, and education sectors, she excels in customer experience, retention, and service delivery. Her strategic, hands-on approach ensures CPS clients receive reliable, high-quality solutions backed by strong relationships and exceptional service standards.

Justin has over 15 years of experience within the pest control industry. Specialising in bird control and termite control, his wealth of knowledge gives him the opportunity train and guide our NSW technicians on a daily basis and ensure we are setting the highest standard within the industry.

Adam brings 18 years’ experience in the pest control industry, with a wealth of knowledge and experience to help his clients in all aspects of their pest control needs. Adam prides himself on being a problem solver and his passion for the industry shows as he works with his clients to rectify their pest problems. You will receive award winning service with Adam caring for your property.

With over 20 years of dedicated experience in pest management, Justin has developed a comprehensive skill set that makes him a highly valued professional in the industry and an asset to CPS. Throughout his career, he has held key roles including technician, service manager, and key accounts manager, gaining extensive expertise across both residential and commercial pest control.

Darren is dedicated and results-driven Service Manager with a strong foundation in operations management and customer service. Known for his leadership and hands-on approach, Darren ensures smooth coordination across teams, efficient scheduling, and consistent delivery of high-quality pest management solutions. He’s passionate about building strong client relationships and driving operational excellence, always focused on achieving the best outcomes for both customers and colleagues at CPS

Kobe has been a valued member of CPS for over six years, beginning his journey as a technician providing expert service to clients across Sydney. Through dedication, on-the-job learning, and a deep commitment to quality, Kobe has grown into his current role. Today, he supports a wide network of clients across both regions, ensuring every service is delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest CPS standards.

After forty years in the pest control industry, there isn’t much that I haven’t seen. And its this varied and great experience with various companies over the years, that allows me to focus CPS on where we don’t want to be. I’m committed to keeping our extremely high state of service at CPS, not only for our customers, but also for the industry as a whole.

Min’s career commenced with CPS back in 2012 holding various positions within the business,  eventually shifting his focus and commitment is in CPS strategic development. He is extremely proud to be a part of 100% Australian-owned pest control and hygiene company that continues to deliver exceptional customer service.

Peter has been in different industries from Hygiene & Pest Control, Aviation services, Sales & Marketing and Events Managements, Hotels & Restaurants Management, to Pharmaceuticals industry and all these conclude with 24 years plus, overall Customer Service related Experiences and Business support. I am confident that my expertise and experiences in international are going to be a great value for this organisation.

Lynn is CPS’s Scheduling Manager, coordinating technician routes and appointments to ensure jobs run on time and with minimal disruption. She balances customer needs with clear and precise communication and uses data to reduce downtime and missed windows. Calm under pressure, Lynn keeps the day moving and clients happy.

James Ritter leads Safety & Compliance at CPS with a steady, practical approach. He keeps our accreditations current and our standards tight—ISO systems, HACCP, EPA licensing, and AEPMA Codes—so teams can work safely, and clients can trust the result.

Natalie is an accomplished HR Generalist with over 12 years of experience managing core human resources functions across the Service, Education, Entertainment, and FMCG sectors. She is passionate about building strong, engaged teams and continuously enhancing HR processes to drive organisational success.

Leena has an exceptional eye for detail and a photographic memory that fuels her passion for customer service. As Customer Care Team Leader, she takes pride in delivering outstanding support and fostering meaningful connections with clients and colleagues alike. Leena thrives in a collaborative environment where excellence and teamwork go hand in hand. Beyond the office, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and sharing good food.
